Ester Parish

     Ester was born in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York. She was the daughter of Dr. Matthew & Zeruiah [Townsend] Parish. Ester married Penn Townsend, son of "Justice" John Townsend and Rose Wright, on 15 January 1739 in the Town of Oyster Bay. Penn & Ester had children: Rose, Freelove, Penn, Judith [6/08/1753][m. Jotham Townsend], Ester & Deborah - first three d. in infancy.
