Joseph Morse1

M, b. 3 February 1641, d. 1689
     Joseph was born on Sunday, 3 February 1641 in Dedham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. He was the son of John & Annis Morse.2 He was christened there on 6 July 1641 in Dedham. Joseph married Priscilla Colburn, daughter of Nathaniel Colburn and Priscilla Clarke, on 12 November 1668 in Dedham.3 Joseph & Priscilla had children: John [8/18/1669-d.y.], Joseph [5/25/1671 or 2/10/1672], John [6/29/1673], Priscilla [1675], Maria [9/23/1677], Moses [1680], Deborah [11/26/1681], Israel [11/30/1683], Nathaniel [1/23/1686] & Aaron [6/10/1688]. Joseph departed this life in 1689 in Medfield Township, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, at age 47 years.
