Mehitable Mowry1

     Mehitable was born circa 1644 in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Roger Mowry and Mary Johnson. Mehitable married Eldad Kingsley on 9 May 1662 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island. Eldad and Mehitable had children: Elizabeth [1/29/1662], John[5/06/1665], Samuel [6/01/1669], Jonathan [2/21/1671], Mary [10/07/1675] & Nathaniel [2/05/1678]. Mehitable's husband, Eldad, died on 30 August 1679 in Swansea Township, Bristol County, Massachusetts, leaving her a widow. Mehitable married 3rd Timothy Brooks before 1685. They made a deed together on 3 June 1685.
