James Beardslee1

M, b. 1768
     James was born in 1768 in Hardyston, Sandyston Township, Sussex County, New Jersey. He was the son of Colonel Charles Beardsley and Mary Cary. He may be the father of Robert born 4 April 1817 & whose death certificate listed James C. & Jane Beardslee of New Jersey as his parents.2
