Mary Barrowclough

     Mary was born in Sowerby, Halifax Parish, Yorkshire, England. She was christened there on 15 August 1544 in St. John the Baptist Church. She was the daughter of William Barrowclough and Alice. Mary was first married 19 February 1564/65 to John Rydinge. They had three daughters: Alice, Mary, & Grace. Mary married George Atkinson on 27 February 1575 in Halifax, Halifax Parish at St. John the Baptist Church.
