Joseph Baker

M, d. 29 October 1675
     Joseph was born. He was the son of Edward & Joan Baker of Lynn in Northampton.1 Joseph married Ruth Holton, daughter of William Holton and Mary (?), on 5 February 1663 in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Joseph & Ruth had children: Joseph [1/20/1664-10/29/1675], Ruth [5/06/1668], Mary [9/05/1670], Samuel [9/11/1672] & Joseph [1/25/1676-6/02/1755].2 Joseph was killed by the Indians durning King Philip's War. on Tuesday, 29 October 1675. On this same day, his eldest son, Joseph was also killed.3
