Hilary Baildon

     Hilary was born circa 1558 in Methley, Yorkshire, England.1 He was the son of George Baildon and Anne Husse Folkingham. Hilary made his will on 14 December 1601 at Snaith. The will was not recorded, probate was renounced. The court qppointed Agnes his relict as administrator with a £200 bond. Her brother-in-law was her surety.2 Hilary departed this life in 1602 in Snaith. His widow sued on behave Hilary's estate in the Easter Term of 1602.2
