George Badgley

     An unknown person was born circa 1808 at New York. He is possibly the George Badgley found in Niagra County in 1850 age 42 years. [klm] George Badgley was the son of Joseph Badgley and Lydia (?) On 1 May 1815, he was christened in Greenville, Greene County, New York, at the Presbyterian Church.¹ 9 July 1850, George was listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Somerset Town, Niagara County, New York. Enumerated in this household were George Badgley [42 New York], his wife: Judith [37 New York], children: Phebe A. [10 New York], Marshall [8 New York], & Ann Fox [16 Ireland].²
