     Pierre was born on Monday, 27 January 1653 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada. He was the son of Mathieu Amiot dit Villeneuve and Marie Miville. He was christened there on 2 February 1653 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Pierre married Louise Renard dit Taudiere on 22 January 1681 in France.
