William married Hester Willis, daughter of Henry Willis II and Mary Peace, the 9th day of the 8th month 1695 in Westbury, Hempstead Town, Queens County, Long Island, New York.1,2 William & Hester had children: John, Abraham, William, Jane, Mary & Ester. He made his will on 5th day of the 11th month 1719.
In his will he mentions his wife Ester and their children: William, John, Jane Mary, the last two under 21; wife's daughter Hester. Home farm on Fork Creek, opposite to John Mickle's and adjoining Thomas Dennis, brother Abraham, Joseph Lowe and heirs of John Dennis, 300 acres on Egg harbor Road, personal property. The wife sole executrix. Witnesses- Thomas Dennis, Thomas Dennis, junior, Thomas Sharp.3
