[12 Michigan].2 On 6 September 1894, the Voter Register of Fresno County, California notes Chauncy Howell as 63 years old born in New Jersey, described as 5'11 1/2", dark complexion, brown eyes and gray hair. Chauncy departed this life before 13 April 1896 in Fresno County, California. According to the obituary of his brother, John, on this day, he was no longer living.
