Rev. Samuel Hooker1,2

     Samuel was born in 1633. He was the son of Rev. Thomas Hooker & Susan Garbrand. Samuel married Mary Willett, daughter of Honorable Thomas Willett and Mary Browne, on 22 September 1658 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. Samuel was known to be of Farmington at the time of his marriage. he was minister therefor 36 years. Samuel departed this life on Wednesday, 6 November 1697 in Farmington, Hartford County, Connecticut. He was buried at Farmington, Hartford County, Connecticut.
