     Henry was born in 1658 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island. Henry married Abigail Hoyt, daughter of Moses Hoyt and Elizabeth (?), circa 1678. Henry took up residence at East Chester and like his father, took an active part in the community affairs and also investing heavily in town lands. Inspite of all this activity, East Chester's town records show that father and son also shared common business interests in Mamaroneck. Henry was a proprietor of the second or Lond Beach Patent in East Chester. 1698, Henry and his wife Abigail were listed on the Westchester Town Census. Enumerated in this household were Henry Fowler, Abigail, and children Henry, Moses, William, John, Abigail, Rebecca, Susan & Elener.6 Henry's wife, Abigail, died after 1701 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York, leaving him a widower. Henry married 2nd Sarah (?) in New York. Henry made his will on 3 March 1730 at Eastchester, Westchester County, New York.

In the name of God, Amen, March 3, 1730. I, Henry Fowler, Sr., of Eastchester, in the County of Westchester, being in health of body. I leave to my wife Sarah, the use of my dwelling-house and garden, during the time she remains my widow, and 1/3 of my movables. I leave to my son Henry 5 shillings, he having received the rest of his portion already. To my daughter, Abigail Morgan, 5 shillings, she having received her portion already. To my son Moses, 5 shillings, he having received his portion already. To my son-in-law, John Ward, 5 shillings. I leave to my son, William Fowler, 2 1/2 acres of land in Eastchester, on the northern most side of the Boston road as the said land was laid out by Palmer Doughty, Abraham Hyatt, and others. I also leave him £20. To my daughter, Susanah Ferris, 5 shillings. To my daughter, Eleanor Fowler, L10. To my son Edmund, 5 shillings, he having received his portion already. To my daughter, Mary Drake, 5 shillings, she having received her portion. The rest of my movable estate is to go to my said daughters and to my grand-daughter, Freelove Ward. I leave to my son, John Fowler, all and singular my houses, tenements, messuages, and buildings, to him and his heirs forever. I make my sons, Moses and William, executors. Henry departed this life before 5 December 1733 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. His will was probated on 5 December 1733.
