Elizabeth W Folwell

     Elizabeth W was born in 1802 in Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of William & Jane Folwell. Elizabeth W married William Torrey, son of Captain William Torrey and Mehitable Baldwin. 5 October 1850, Elizabeth and her husband, William, were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Romulus, Seneca County, New York. Enumerated in this household were William Torrey [57 New York], Elizabeth [47 Pennsylvania], Joel Coryell [14 New York], William W. Folwell [82 Pennsylvania], Jane Folwell [74 Pennsylvania] & Stephen White [20 Ireland]. William is a farmer.¹ Elizabeth's husband, William, died on 7 June 1852 in Romulus leaving her a widow. Elizabeth departed this life on Friday, 15 May 1896 in Romulus at age 94 years. She was buried there in Kendaia Cemetery.
