     William was born circa 1455 in Wycomb, Buckinghamshire, England. William married Agnes Woodvyl in England. The Dormers were a well known wealthy family. William made his will on 22 September 1506 at West Wycomb, Buckinghamshire, England. He directed that he be buried in the Chancel of West Wicomb, and gave his "dau. Johan Alburgh 10 marks, to my dau. Margeri Deane 10 marks, to my ___ Agnes Baldwin 10 marks, and to William Baldwin, my godson 10 poungs, and to John Baldwin the younger 10 marks, to Alice Baldewyn 10 marks and to Richard Baldwin 10 marks, to Pernell Colyngborne 10 marks, to John Dormer 10 marks, to Henry Hunt 10 marks, to Lettice Dormer 10 marks, to Henry, son of Thomas Deane 40 shillings, to Agnes, my wife 300 pounds, to son Robert 800 pounds, and all years to come in my farme of West Wicomb." His executors were:
his wife & his son Robert. The overseers ere: John Baldwin the older and John Colyngborne.3 William departed this life before 7 October 1506 in West Wycomb, Buckinghamshire, England. He was buried at West Wycomb, Buckinghamshire, England, in the chancel of the Parish Church. His will was probated on 7 October 1506.
