Mabel was born in England. Mabel married Robert de Swynnerton, son of Robert de Swynnerton de Suggenhull and Margaret de Audeley. Mabel's husband, Robert, died circa 1224 in Staffordshire, England, leaving her a widow.1 One year after the death of her husband, she sues her son, Robert, for her dower rights.
