Phebe Youngs

     Phebe was born in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Phebe married Christopher Tuthill, son of Henry Tuthill II and Phebe Youngs, on 16 January 1755 in Oysterponds in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
