Jacques Martin dit Pelland

M, b. 1712, d. 26 December 1770
     Jacques was born in 1712 in Berthierville, Berthier County, Quebec, Canada.1 He was the son of Yves Martin dit Pelland and Marie Piette dit Trempe. Jacques married Ursule Durand on 3 February 1747 in Lanoraie, Berthier County, Quebec, Canada, at St-Joseph Church.2 Jacques departed this life on Wednesday, 26 December 1770 in Berthierville at age 58 years. He was buried there in the churchyard of Ste-Genevieve on Thursday, 27 December 1770.3
