Nancy Delano Howland

     Nancy Delano was born on Friday, 5 September 1806. She was the daugheter of James 2d & Elizabeth (Delano) Howland of New Bedford, Massachusetts. Nancy Delano married John Bogart Wright, son of Augustus Wright and Katharine Uyt ten Bogaert [second], on 6 August 1827. John & Nancy had children: Elizabeth Howland [5/23/1829-1/19/1881] [m. 11/05/1850 William La Rue Perrine, M.D. [11/08/1813-12/16/1889]], William Henry [4/06/1831-2/12/1886], Catharine Augusta [9/23/1834-8/04/1840], & Emeline Cornell [2/20/1838-7/15/1858]. Nancy departed this life on Tuesday, 3 February 1852 in Bloomfield, Essex County, New Jersey, at age 45 years, 4 months and 29 days.
