James Howell1

     James was born circa 1714 in Mattituck in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. He was the son of David Howell I and Mary Parshall. James departed this life after 12 February 1756 in the Town of Southold. He is mentioned in his father's will of this date.
