Rebecca was born circa 29 December 1611 in Wymondham, County Norfolk, England. On 29 December 1611, she was christened in County Norfolk, England.2 She was the daughter of Edmund Hobart and Margaret Dewey. Rebecca married Edward Bangs, son of John Bangs and Jane Chavis, in 1635 in Massachusetts. Rebecca departed this life in 1679 in Eastham, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.
