     Phebe was born on Monday, 5 June 1747 in Phillipse Manor, Westchester County, New York. She was the daughter of Samuel Haight and Rebecca Fowler. Phebe married Abraham Kipp in Phillipse Manor, Westchester County, New York. Phebe's husband, Abraham, died before 1777 in Philipsburg leaving her a widow. Phebe married Amon Fowler circa 1777 in Phillipse Manor, Westchester County, New York. An unknown person was still living in 1803.
