Louis Augustin Gingras

M, b. circa 1 January 1724, d. 18 January 1803
     Louis was born in St-Augustin de-Desmaures, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada. He was christened there on 1 January 1724 in St-Augustin Church.1 He was the son of Philippe Gingras and Suzanne Monin dit Lafleur. Louis married Maire Catherine Piche on 14 February 1751 in St-Augustin de-Desmaures, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, at St-Augustin Church.2 Louis's wife, Maire, died circa 15 March 1785 in St-Augustin de-Desmaures, leaving him a widower. Louis departed this life on Tuesday, 18 January 1803 in St-Augustin de-Desmaures. He was buried in St-Augustin de-Desmaures, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, in the cemetery of St-Augustin Church.3
