Abigail Fowler

Abigail was born circa 1681 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. She was the daughter of Henry Fowler IV and Abigail Hoyt. Abigail married John Shute circa 1700 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. John & Abigail had children: Sarah [m. Joseph Fowler], Mary & John [ -before 2/14/1726]. In 1717, Sarah chose James Morgan to be her guardian.1 The family resided at Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. Abigail's husband, John, died in 1712 in Eastchester leaving her a widow.2 Abigail married 2nd James Morgan before 17 March 1717 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. Abigail & James deed land to her brother, Henry in this year.
