Jan Thomaszen Eckerszen
M, b. before 20 November 1644, d. 1706
Jan was born in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. His mother was married to Henry Peers on this date. He was the son of Thomas Hugesson Eckerszen and Sara Brout. On 11 December 1644, he was christened at the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church in the City, County & State of New York.1 Jan married Apolonia Cornelissen Swits, daughter of Cornelis Claessen Swits and Ariaentje Cornelissen Trommels, on 8 November 1665 at the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church in the City, County & State of New York.2 Jan departed this life in 1706.
