Mary Crowell

F, b. 2 December 1688, d. before 5 November 1741
     Mary was born on Thursday, 2 December 1688 in Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Crowell and Deborah (?) Mary married Nathaniel Bassett on 7 March 1708/9 in Yarmouth.2 Nathaniel and Mary had children: Nathan [1713], Thomas, Nathaniel, Samuel, Mary [m. 7/10/1753 Eleazer Robbins], Dorcas [ [m. 3/14/1727/28 John Nickerson], Hannah [m. Joseph Covell & 2nd. 7/23/1756 Asa Mayo].3 Mary's husband, Nathaniel, died on 27 November 1728 in Chatham, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, leaving her a widow. Mary departed this life before 5 November 1741 in Massachusetts. Mary made her will on 5 November 1741 at Chatham, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Mary departed this life before 6 May 1742 in Chatham, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Her will was probated on 6 May 1742.
