Joseph Burt

M, b. 26 September 1673, d. 13 January 1757
     Joseph was born on Tuesday, 26 September 1673 in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of David Burt and Mary Holton. Joseph married Sarah Cowles on 16 April 1702 in Hatfield, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Joseph and Sarah had children: Sarah [3/25/1703], Esther [1/19/1705] [m. 12/14/1725 Benjamin Knight], Mary [2/08/1707-11/26/1722], John [8/26/1709-12/01/1759], Eleazer, Miriam [9/02/1713], Asabel [8/31/1715] & Arron [9/17/1717].2 Joseph departed this life on Thursday, 13 January 1757 in Northfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts, at age 83 years, 3 months and 18 days.3
