Sir Thomas Bruce

Thomas was born circa 1284 in Carrick, Ayrshire, Scotland, at Turnberry Castle. He was the son of Robert de Bruce VII Earl of Carrick and Countess Marjorie of Carrick. Thomas and his brother Alexander were taken prisoner in Galloway, and executed 9 February 1307 in Carlisle, County Cumberland, Scotland.1
