Sarah was born on Sunday, 15 March 1682 in Hatfield, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Daniel Belden and Elizabeth Foote. Sarah married Benjamin Burt, son of David Burt and Mary Holton, on 19 October 1702 in Deerfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts. Sarah departed this life in June 1749 in Ridgefield, Fairfield County, Connecticut, at age 67 years and 2 months.
