Henry was born before 29 November 1573 in Warminster, Wiltshire, England. On 29 November 1573, he was christened in Warminster, Wiltshire, England, at St. Denys Church.2 He was the son of William Willis and Eliza Clarcke. Henry married Elizabeth Rowland on 28 October 1599 in Warminster at St. Denys Church.3,4 Henry departed this life before 21 May 1641 in Warminster. He was buried there in the churchyard of St. Deny's on Tuesday, 21 May 1641.4
