Betty Whitney1

F, b. 7 November 1718, d. 13 October 1798
     Betty was born on Monday, 7 November 1718 in Ridgefield, Fairfield County, Connecticut.2 She was the daughter of Henry Whitney and Elizabeth Olmsted. Betty married Daniel Smith on 25 January 1741/42 in Ridgefield. Daniel and Betty had children: Abigail, Betty, Molly, Daniel, Benajah, Anne, Job, Nehemiah & Sarah. Betty departed this life on Saturday, 13 October 1798 in Ridgefield at age 79 years, 11 months and 6 days.
