Eliza Westlake

     Eliza was born on Monday, 2 May 1803 in New York. She was the daughter of Benjamin Westlake and Catherine Dusenbury. Eliza married Thomas Burrows, son of Thomas Burrows and Anne Whitney, on 17 March 1824 in Horseheads, Tioga County, New York. Thomas and Eliza had children: Benjamin [10/20/1824-10/13/1903] [m. 1846 Elizabeth Douglas & 2nd 1872 Augusta Farnsworth], George [10/13/1826-6/22/1860] [m. 1848 Sarah Elizabeth Dean] one daughter. Eliza departed this life on Friday, 26 March 1830 in Horseheads at age 26 years, 10 months and 24 days. She was buried there in Westlake Cemetery. She was buried next to her sister.
