Edmund Weekes

     Edmund was born circa 1710 in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York. He was the son of Daniel & Mary Weekes of Oyster Bay. Edmund married Elizabeth Wright, daughter of Gideon Wright II and Margaret Urquhart, in 1735 in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York. Edmund & Elizabeth had children: Letetia [10/29/1736-11/08/1814] Harty [4/29/1738-11/09/1803, George [11/27/1739-12/27/1799], Hannah [9/04/1741-1/02/1814], Edmond [12/04/1743-8/13/1813][m. Martha Weekes], Daniel 6/26/1746-4/16/1826] & Elizabeth [8/17/1748-3/03/1817]. Edmund's wife, Elizabeth, died on 15 May 1782 in the Town of Oyster Bay leaving him a widower. Edmund departed this life at the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York.
