Thomas Whitredge

     Thomas was born on Thursday, 15 August 1624 in Colkirk, County Norfolk, England. He was the son of William Whitredge & Elizabeth Baker.¹ Thomas married Florence Norman, daughter of Richard Norman and Florence (?), circa 1657 in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts. They are said to have had numerous children. Thomas's wife, Florence, died on 2 August 1672 in Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts, leaving him a widower.¹ On his death bed, he made a nuncupative will on 21 August 1672. He mentions his wife, Florence's brother, Richard Norman. Thomas departed this life before 3 September 1672 in Salisbury. The inventory of Thomas's estate was taken on Saturday, 3 September 1672.
