Mary White

F, b. circa 24 August 1590, d. 23 August 1652
     Mary was born circa 24 August 1590 in Shalford, County Essex, England. On 24 August 1590, she was christened in Shalford, County Essex, England, at St. Andrew's Church.1 She was the daughter of Robert White and Bridgit Algar. Mary married Joseph Loomis on 30 June 1614 in Shalford, County Essex, England, at St. Andrew's Church.2 On 11 April 1638, Mary & her husband, Joseph, left from London aboard the ship, "Susan and Ellen", bound for New England. The couple soon removed to Windsor as they were there in 1639. In Windsor, the Loomis family was living adjacent to John Porter's family. The two wives, sisters, were to live here for the remainder of there lives. Mary departed this life on Friday, 23 August 1652 in Windsor, Hartford County, Connecticut.3,4
