Rebecca Truesdale

     Rebecca was born on Saturday, 25 March 1679 in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Samuel Truesdell and Mary Jackson. Rebecca married John Harrison on 24 December 1702 in Branford, New Haven County, Connecticut. Rebecca departed this life on Friday, 3 October 1755 in North Branford, New Haven County, Connecticut. She was buried there in the Congregational Church Burial Ground. The inscription on her tombstone reads: In Memory of Mrs. Rebecca the wife of Mr. John Harrison who departed this life October ye 3 1755.¹
