     Noah was born circa 1764 in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York. He was the son of Henry Townsend V and Anne Wright. Noah married Letty Conklin. The 1800 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at New Windsor Township, Orange County, New York, the family of Noah Townsend [11110:11010].3 The 1810 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at Cornwall, Orange County, New York, the family of Noah Townsend [12202:11011] William Jackson, husband of his sister Phebe, is listed right above him.4 The 1830 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at Cornwall the family of Noah Townsend [010010001:01111001].5
