John Townsend

     John was born circa 1678 in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York. He was the son of John Townsend II and Hannah (?) John married Catherine Willitts in Queens County, Long Island, New York. John took a certificate dated 7th day of the 9th month 1722 from Westbury to Concord, Pennsylvania when he moved there.
