Emmett Torrey

     Emmett was born in Combe St. Nicholas, Somersetshire, England. She was the daughter of William Torrey and Thomasyne (?) Emmett married Henry Cookney. Henry & Emmett had children: William, Jone & Thomasyne. Emmett's husband, Henry, died before 23 January 1601 in Hawkechurch, Dorchestershire, England, leaving her a widow.
