Elizabeth was born in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, England. She was christened there on 1 January 1630 in The Priory Church of St. Peter.3 She was the daughter of Reverend Zachariah Symmes and Sarah Baker. Elizabeth married Hezekiah Usher on 2 November 1652 in Charlestown, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. He was first married to Frances who died April 25, 1652.3,1 Hezekiah and Elizabeth had children: Hannah [12/29/1653-7/24/1654] & Zachariah [12/26/1654-8/23/1656].1
