John Smith

     John was born in Burstall, County Suffolk, England. He was christened there on 16 March 1599 in St. Mary's Church.1 He was the son of John Smith and Mary Gardiner. John married Abigail (?) circa 1625 in County Suffolk, England. John and Abigail had children: John [12/19/1626], Marie [2/08/1629] [m. Thomas Welham] , Samuel [8/25/1631], Elizabeth [10/01/1635] & Abigail [11/23/1637]. These are baptismal dates at Bramford.1 John made his will on 10 January 1671 at Bramford, County Suffolk, England. In his will he mentions his wife Abigail; son Samuel; daughter Elizabeth; and daughter Marie and her husband Thomas Welham.1 John departed this life between 10 January 1671 and 1673 in Bramford, County Suffolk, England. His will was probated in 1673.
