Robert de was born circa 1306 in Swynnerton, Staffordshire, England. He was the son of Sir Roger de Swynnerton II and Matilda (?) He was rector at Barrow & he succeeded his father. in 1338. Robert died between 1349 and 1350 in Staffordshire, England, of the plague. He was succeeded by his son, Robert, rector of Barrow.
