Jerijah Strong1

     Jerijah was born on Saturday, 12 December 1665 in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. He was the son of Elder John Strong II and Abigail Ford. Jerijah married Thankful Stebbins on 18 July 1700 in Northampton. Jerijah & Thankful had children: [9/08/1701-1701], Thankful [8/26/1702][m. Jonathan Hunt], Jerijah [5/14/1705-10/27/1781] [m. 3/17/1737 Mary Clark], Eunice 9/10/1707][m. 8/00/1740 Deacon Nathaniel Brewer], Ithamar [6/24/1710-8/07/1711], Ithamar [8/08/1713-4/16/1714], Seth [4/04/1716][m. Lois Strong] & Bella [10/04/1719-5/05/1803].2 Jerijah's wife, Thankful, died on 24 May 1744 in Northampton leaving him a widower. Jerijah died on Friday, 24 May 1754 of pleurisy in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, at age 88 years, 5 months and 12 days.3
