John Seaman

     John was born circa 1517 in Chelmsford, County Essex, England. He was the son of John Seaman [Symonds, Seymour] and Anne Benbow. John married Mary Chaplin, daughter of John Chaplin and Anne Martin, on 3 May 1539. John resided in Yeldam & Chelmsford, County Essex, England. He was the constable in 1563. He was a "woolendraper". John departed this life on Saturday, 6 November 1604 in Panfield, County Essex, England. He was buried there in the churchyard of St. Mary and St. Christppher.
