Jonathan Sprague1,2

     Jonathan was born circa 28 May 1648 in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. On 28 May 1648, he was christened in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.3 He was the son of William Sprague and Mellicent Eames. Jonathan married Mehitable Holbrook, daughter of William Holbrook and Elizabeth Pitts, on 20 July 1670 in Weymouth, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. Jonathan departed this life in 1741 in Smithfield, Providence County, Rhode Island.
