Abigail Sherwood

     Abigail was born circa 1649. She the daughter of Thomas Sherwood and Alice Tiler. Abigail married Daniel Lockwood, son of Robert Lockwood and Susannah Norman, in 1668 in Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Daniel and Abigail had children: Daniel [1669] [m. Abigail Burr], Abigail [1674] [m. Samuel Roberson] & Mary [1681]. Abigail departed this life in Fairfield. The inventory of Abigail's estate was taken on Tuesday, 12 December 1713 by Samuel Burr and Thomas Hanford. The appraised value of Abigail's estate was £59 9s. Her will was probated on 13 December 1713. The inventory was presented to the court and approved. On December 19, the estate was distributed to the widow and children.
