Anne was born on Sunday, 21 June 1570 probably in London, County Middlesex, England, about 8:00 a.m. Her Godparents were Jhon Packington, esquire, Anne Washbourne & Anne Cottes.3 She was the daughter of Edwin Sandys I, Archbishop of York and Cicely Wilford. Anne married Sir William Barne on 11 May 1586 in England. She was married by an agreement of this date.2 Anne's husband, William, died on 7 May 1619, leaving her a widow; He died intestate. Anne married 2nd Edward Poulter Esquire before 25 August 1625. Anne's husband, Edward, died in 1626, leaving her a widow. Anne departed this life after 1629 in England.
