Israel made his will on 6 November 1719. He mentions his children Israel, John, Mary Bennett, Elizabeth Bennett, Bethia Gray, Rebecca, Deborah, and Judith Rowland. Israel departed this life before 24 February 1719/20 in Fairfield County, Connecticut. His will was probated on 24 February 1719/20.
