Henry Percy

     Henry was born on Sunday, 3 February 1393 in Northumbria, England. He was the son of Henry "Hotspur" Percy. Henry married Eleanor Neville, daughter of Ralph Neville and Lady Joan (?) de Beaufort, circa 1417. Henry & Eleanor had children: John [7/08/1418], Henry [7/25/1421-3/29/1461], Thomas [11/29/1422-7/10/1460], Katherine [5/28/1423][m. Lord Edmund Grey], George [7/24/1424-11/14/1474], Ralph [1425-4/25/1464], Richard [1427-3/29/1461], Willam [4/07/1428-4/26/1462], Joan [1430-1482][m. Lord Edmund D'Aganet] & Anne [1436-1522][m. Thomas Hungerford of Rowden].¹ Henry died on Tuesday, 22 May 1455 in Hertfordshire, England, at age 62 years, 3 months and 19 days in the 1st Battle of St. Albans [War of the Roses].¹ He was buried at Hertfordshire, England, in the Abbey of St-Alban's Cathedral.¹
