Catryntje Polhemius

     Catryntje was born circa 1683 in Flatbush, in the Town of Brooklyn, Kings County, Long Island, New York. She was the daughter of Theodorus Polhemius and Aertje Teunise Bogart. Catryntje married Jochem Kaljer circa 1702 in New York. Catryntje's husband, Jochem, died circa 1715 in New York, leaving her a widow. Catryntje married 2nd Jan Snedeker circa 1716 in New York.
